About the Team

In the Integrations Development Platform team, our mission is to provide a world-class integration platform that empowers our Customers to connect seamlessly with Workday.

About the Role

On the technologies side, we use mainly Java and we are looking for candidates with some background in multi-threading and concurrency.

As a Software Engineer in our team, you will be responsible for developing data and transport components, micro-services and shared libraries using our technology stack in an highly distributed environment.

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience
• 1+ years of distributed systems engineering experience using Java
• able to design and develop enterprise solutions with high quality standards
• use a minimalist approach: build small components that can be embedded in larger frameworks or applications.
• good understanding and usage of Design Patterns

Other Qualifications

• you have a passion for distributed systems and solving problems with code, and you can prove it through automated tests
• you have designed, built, tested, owned, monitored and given support to a service in production
• you strive to understand the big picture and given the choice, you would prefer to collaborate with product owners, architects, and infrastructure than to go it alone
• you will become part of a world-class team so you must be a team player with great communication skills
