The Role: Lead I Software Developer.

The Team: The team is part of a larger organization that develops and supports foundational capabilities and services used by other software development teams. These services use some of the latest technologies to assure timely and consistent ingestion of data. The team adapts these services as needed by other teams to provide greater business value. The larger organization has team members in several locations in the U.S., Germany, and India.

The Impact: We’re seeking an experienced technologist to develop, support, and maintain shared core services. This person will work closely with other team members as well as developers from other teams to help build services which allow for faster time to market for dependent teams. Many teams use these services, so the individual will have a big impact on content persistence. The successful candidate will be integral to leveraging existing components to accomplish timely delivery of software products according to the business schedule.

You will work with a wide variety of some of the latest software development technologies. Responsibilities:

  • Design and code complex programs.
  • Responsible for developing & providing back-end support across a variety of products.
  • Provide production support for several mission critical systems.
  • Build solutions that are scalable and highly available.
  • Successfully prototype and evaluate technologies.
  • Support developers using these shared services.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong knowledge of .NET, especially .net core and c#.
  • Experience on any cloud technology AWS..
  • Familiarity with DevOps CI\CD pipeline.
  • Experience with Kafka/Sonic Broker messaging systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field is preferred.
  • 6+ years of experience in software development.
  • SSO (Okta, OAuth2)
