About the Role

The Test Frameworks and Automation team is a central and crucial team to the success of Core Software. Building out the testing frameworks that enable service teams to quickly and confidently test their microservices, TFA is a software team always looking for ways to make testing easier for others to write, run, and read.  The TFA team is hiring a full-stack software developer to support the development roadmap of our new testing platform.


  • Work in a highly collaborative environment on a team that builds products that support the organization's software development lifecycle

  • Write clear, efficient, and scalable code with an eye towards maintainability

  • Participate in design and code reviews

  • Discover and troubleshoot issues with existing architecture and code

  • Polish, improve, and innovate with regards to the existing code base

About You

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in developing and maintaining modern web applications

  • 2+ year experience with front end technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks

Other Qualifications:

  • Expert level HTML, CSS, JavaScript/Typescript, React skills

  • Knowledge of Java and Kotlin and if not you are eager to learn them

  • Knowledge of the Spring framework

  • Familiarity with web service technologies like RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud computing

  • Experience working in an Agile environment

  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced tech environment

  • Knowledge of common design patterns and when to use them

  • Proficiency with major development tools and processes such as IDEs and revision control

  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks for continuous integration and deployment

  • Knowledge of modern testing methodologies and testing frameworks

  • Experience working with public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, in Computer Science/Engineering or related technical field

Workday Pay Transparency Statement

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Recruiters can share more detail during the hiring process. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $124,000 USD - $186,000 USD


Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $117,800 USD - $210,000 USD
