Full time fixed term until December 2024
Base Salary HEO6 $99, 455 + 17% superannuation
About the opportunity
The Technical and Data Analyst is responsible for the efficient delivery of all services offered by the Data, Reporting & Systems team, including data extraction, development of database objects to support data-visualizations, data matching, bulk data loading, data cleaning and development of Power BI visualisations. In addition, the Technical & Data Analyst will work on projects as required.
Your key responsibilities will be to:
Furnish all areas of the Advancement Portfolio with the data services they require for operational and strategic functions, within agreed timeframes
Plan, develop and deploy: Snowflake database objects with appropriate change management controls and Power BI visualisations (and associated data sources) to meet strategic and operational needs
Participate in continuous improvement of data governance by maintaining detailed documentation for all data assets, database objects
Be an active participant in the development of data related business processes and frameworks that ensure sustainability of the team
Adhere to and maintain data integrity and governance framework for the portfolio.
About you
Bachelor's Degree - In a relevant field and/or relevant training and experience
Be highly organised and self-motivated with a strong attention to detail and an ability to work autonomously
Excellent Technical Skills including highly proficient in the use of SQL
