As a Manager, Software Development Engineering, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth system processing in and out of our Workday Payroll system. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with a team of skilled architects, product managers, and individuals invested in the product to create innovative enterprise solutions that cater to the changing requirements of global businesses.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with engineering team members to identify business needs and convert them into software solutions.
Lead a team of software engineers in the design, development, and implementation of high-quality software solutions.
Ensure flawless execution of software development features and enhancements, meeting strict deadlines and quality standards.

About You
Requirements:
5+ years engineering management experience
Proven experience in software development, with a focus on engineering and architecture.
Strong knowledge of cloud-based enterprise software development.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to successfully implement software solutions in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
