As a Software Developer Lead you will be a key member of a collaborative team for design, delivery and operation of business-critical, distributed systems. We’re looking for technically strong, passionate people with an entrepreneurial spirit to build and sustain innovative solutions. You will be part of an agile development team, building and working on enterprise grade software systems leveraging .Net to build Micro Services and Angular to build world class front end experiences. As a lead, you will have extensive knowledge to oversee the progress of the development team to ensure consistency with the initial design, provide technical guidance, coaching other Software Developers and ensure software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, integrability etc.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical field required.
10+ years’ experience in software development is required.
2+ years’ experience of working in a Health Care environment preferred.
Experience of development in C#.NET is required.
Experience of developing solutions in a Microsoft environment is required.
Master’s degree in computer science or related technical field preferred.

Experience writing and maintaining RESTful web services for backend, .Net core preferred with SQL Server is preferred.
Experience with Continuous Integration Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) such as TeamCity, Octopus, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins. Azure DevOps is a plus.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Knowledge and experience of serving as an organization's top-level technical expert on software design/UI, infrastructure, development, and deployment.
Proficient at creating high-level software specifications, addressing problems relating to systems integration and compatibility by using the latest technology, have a very good knowledge of OOP/OOD, and experience of building a single responsive user interface for all devices.
Experience of collaborating with other professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for new software or extensive revisions for customers.
Knowledge and experience of performing research on the potential project feasibility and presenting it to management and ability to develop high-level product specifications and feasibility with attention to system integration.
Knowledge and expertise of defining all the various aspects of development from appropriate technology and workflow to coding standards and successfully communicating all development and deployment concepts and guidelines to the development team.
Experience of overseeing the progress of development team to ensure consistency with the initial design and provide technical guidance and coaching to Software Developers and analysts.
Expertise of ensuring that software meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, extensibility, integrability etc. Must have a proven record of being a specialist on complex technical and business matters, able to work independently without supervision and experience of leading major development efforts on a team.
Knowledge of developing complex software solutions, software analysis and requirements, project management, web infrastructure and a good sense for security and information protection.
Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification
Azure Certification is plus.
