Early Career Software Engineer Position Profile

We are seeking a newly graduated student to join our innovative and forward-thinking team as a Software Engineer. Our company is at the forefront of rapid, iterative, and phased delivery, backed by cutting-edge automated testing and deployment frameworks. Role Overview: As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the success of our projects with a focus on talent, passion, and grit. While no prior work experience is required, we are looking for candidates who hold a Master's degree in Computer Science or have equivalent education. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI-driven solutions for automation and process optimization projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional, autonomous teams for rapid and phased delivery.

• Uphold clean architecture principles to ensure code maintainability, scalability, and flexibility.

• Contribute to an innovative culture through exploration, prototyping, and a willingness to take calculated risks.

• Engage in continuous learning to stay abreast of the latest technologies and industry best practices.

Basic Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent background.

• 0-2 years of relevant experience.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for learning

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in an autonomous and collaborative environment

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to contribute ideas to a diverse team
