Workday People Analytics is an AI fueled analytical platform for HR that helps to make better and faster people decisions. It delivers insights, highlighting areas of focus without lifting a finger. Workday People Analytics helps bridge that gap with pre-built analytics, giving you automated and targeted insights in easy-to-understand stories. It’s essentially your analyst in a box!

Among our differentiation in this space is our proprietary Storyteller technology which automatically surfaces the most relevant insights for your business in natural language, doing the heavy lifting for users by sifting through millions of combinations of data.

About the Role

As an SDET with Test Infrastructure/DevOps focus, you will:

• Develop CI/CD pipelines and tooling to run builds and tests automatically and publish easily understandable results and metrics

• Be part of the team supporting product quality and engineering productivity from Infrastructure perspective

• Shorten the quality feedback loop

• Collaborate closely with SRE, Development and SDET teams to seamlessly integrate new infrastructure, tools and tests

• Create and own innovative solutions to improve overall engineering productivity

• Maintain and improve Infrastructure stability

• Integrate and manage test environments

• Be part of a dynamic team

About You

Basic Qualifications

• 10+ years experience working with CI/CD

• Good experience with Jenkins and/or similar orchestration tools, and infrastructure as a code

• Strong coding skills (Groovy, Shell and Python and/or other similar languages)

• Working knowledge of SDLC principles

• Advanced ability to work with Git 

• Working knowledge of Docker

• Demonstrated ability to work and collaborate cross functionally

• Experience with cloud technologies, GCP / AWS

• Working Knowledge/Experience of Robot Framework, PyTest or other test frameworks

Other Qualifications

• Experience with building of monitoring dashboards

• Knowledge of

  • Linux based OS

  • Testing methodologies/techniques

  • Helm, Ansible, or similar tools
