We are seeking an outstanding senior software engineer to join our NVIDIA DRIVE Mapping team with a goal to enable Autonomous Driving, Simulation and Robotics at global scale. In this role, you will work alongside leaders in the HD map industry on projects that deliver significant impact to the company, leveraging your knowledge while providing you with opportunities to expand your skill-set. The team builds advanced GT map automation algorithms, world-class DL products, advanced auto-labeling platform, and the cutting edge web tooling applications.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Lead technical areas to solve problems in auto labeling and HD map automation.

• Design, implement, and scale the backend infrastructure of NVIDIA DRIVE Mapping system.

• Experiment with new or early stage algorithms to solidify existing algorithms working with large amounts of real data.

• Work with experts in the field of autonomous vehicles.

What we need to see:

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics or Robotics (or equivalent experience).

• Minimum of 4+ years of industry experience.

• Experience building computer vision, machine learning, or robotics related products.

• Great organization skills and leadership .

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Master or PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, Applied Math, Robotics, or a related field.

• Experience in leading a team on large projects especially on auto labeling system or machine learning related products.

• 5+ years of experience in C++ and/or with writing robust, efficient code.

• Good at communication and fluent in English.

• Have overseas work or study experience.
