webPAS Analyst Programmer
Join us as as an Analyst programmer at Dedalus, one of the World’s leading healthcare technology companies, workin in our webPAS Application development team based in Hawthorn, Melbourne to do the best work of your career and make a profound impact in providing better care for a healthier planet.
What you’ll achieve
As an Analyst programmer at Dedalus you will be part of our highly successful webPAS application development team, utilising your skills in the development and enhancement of our market leading patient management software used in hospitals throughout Australia and New Zealand.
Working with an extended highly skilled team, you will be making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will
- Interpret and evaluate the functional specifications and subsequent translation into application technical designs and coding
- Develop high quality application software in line with defined specifications, standards and workflow processes
- Assist in Support and Implementation Engineers with investigation and resolution of client issues as required
- Assist in test analysts during testing of scheduled and unscheduled releases as required
- Undertake assigned enhancements or defect tasks with the aim of resolving/completing them in a timely and effective manner

Essential Requirements
- Tertiary level qualifications in IT, or corresponding industry experience JOB IS FROM: italents.netVIEW
- Highly proficient in written and verbal communications
- Experience with HTML
- Experience with Javascript
Desirable Requirements
- Experience in a linux environment(vi editor)
- Experience with Oracle, CISAM or SQL Server
- Experience working with 3GL
- Experience in working with an Agile Software Development Methodology
- Experience with PHP
- HL7 & FHIR Messaging
