Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
- Possess Excellent Analytical and Troubleshooting skills to provide Level 2/Level 3 Support for multiple applications and data integrations.
- Coordinate with internal and external service providers in incident, problem, and change management, capacity planning and troubleshooting, representing the interests of supported business groups.
- Design, implement and manage operations processes for APIs on the Mulesoft Anypoint Cloudhub platform. This encompasses networking, security, logging, incident response, integration with back-end systems, automation, access and environment provisioning, availability and performance monitoring, license management, API configuration and any other aspect that is required to provide rock-solid production.
- Support development, test, and operations teams with implementation of cloud-ready applications/APIs.
- Proficient in all tier 2 and tier 3 support related processes and skills
- Review System Manuals and other support documents for Production readiness.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Extensive experience with databases and writing complex SQL queries.
- Good understanding of table structures and PL/SQL codes & procedures
- Understanding of System Integrations/data integrations between business systems
- Mulesoft API, Postman queries, Awareness of big data technologies
- Exposure/Awareness of Cloudera platform, Impala/Hive databases etc.
- Exposure to Oracle’s Siebel CRM Application
- ITIL Service Management experience required – preferably certified to v3 Foundation level or above.
- Commercial experience with administration, operations processes and dev-ops in support of large-scale, high-performance applications. The role requires the ability to deliver scalable, future-proof operations solutions, work with new and legacy applications and manage their integration points.
- Ability to assess and manage the demand pipeline and ensure operations can service this demand, for example through production acceptance processes.
- Able to interface and communicate with other stakeholders including developers, project managers, back-end system admins, operations staff, infrastructure teams, performance diagnostic teams and business users
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other science area.
- Familiarity with most of: ServiceNow, JIRA, Anypoint Mulesoft Platform, Postman, DBeaver, Oracle SQL Developer, etc.
- Flexibility to work in Shifts and on-call weekend/deployment support.

- Extensive use of keyboard and mouse requiring repetitive motion of fingers and wrist
